How It Works
The Signature Deal Desk provides a one-hour, one-on-one Zoom consultation with a dedicated Signature Manager who will guide you through your complete transaction process. To ensure maximum productivity during your session, please prepare the following:
- Customer Ready: Confirm your client is prepared to sign a contract immediately.
- Meeting Availability: Sessions are scheduled Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM. Please have your schedule available.
Transaction Requirements
- Customer's full legal name
- Complete property address (buy, rent, sell, or lease)
- Purchase method: cash or financing
- Listing: full legal names of all property owners
- Executed Buyer / Tenant Brokerage Representation Agreement (since you should have had this done before showing properties)
- Executed compensation agreement, IF POSSIBLE (www.CompensationNegotiator.com)
For Seller or Landlord Listings
- Full legal names of ALL of the owners (you'll need to check public records, specifically the Deed, to confirm)
- Tenant Credit and Background check
Technical Requirements
- Join from a computer or tablet with Zoom installed
- Test your audio (speakers and microphone)
- Know how to share your screen (learn here)
- Have your TotalBrokerage login credentials ready
